are there wires? is it a baloon? is the the water actually a piece of glass holding it up? secret support structure? same place the water come from?
PRE got it right! But who are you?? And Tom, it's a bit worrying that you're meant to get an A in your english GCSE and you can't spell balloon...
That's so cool. I would have guessed the water is fake and it's actually concrete so that is why it's staying up. x
